27. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Users agree to attempt informal resolution via CemfusTools support before legal action. If unresolved, disputes will be handled via binding arbitration in Puerto Rico under the American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration decisions are final, enforceable in courts of competent jurisdiction, and binding upon the parties.
Class-action or representative claims are waived. Each user agrees to resolve disputes individually. Costs, fees, and expenses associated with arbitration may be allocated as determined by the arbitrator.
Disputes regarding third-party tools or external services must be addressed with the respective platform. CemfusTools does not provide arbitration for external service disputes.
28. Modification of Terms
CemfusTools reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of CemfusTools services after updates constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically to remain compliant.
Minor updates, clarifications, or formatting adjustments do not require user acknowledgment but remain binding. Significant changes affecting subscriptions, fees, or legal obligations will be communicated.
